Semi-permanent eyelash extensions are individual extensions made of synthetic natural that looks like beautiful, full, natural eyelashes. The are applied to your natural lash using a medical-grade adhesive providing a darker, more voluptuously lash line.

Studies have shown that each eyelid contains around 100 natural hairs which shed at a rate of 20-30% every 2 weeks. When this happens, your extension sheds along with your natural lash it was attached to.

If you wish to maintain your full and beautiful eyelash extensions, we recommend visiting us for a refill every 2-3 weeks.

As long as there is an eyelash to apply the extensions to, anyone can receive eyelash extensions. However, if you have any of the following conditions, we recommend requesting a consultation with our lash artist prior to your service to determine whether eyelash extensions are a good fit for you:

• Eye infections
• Allergy to cyanoacrylate (used in most adhesives & acrylic nails)
• Sensitive eyes or skin

No. We take pride in hiring trained lash artists and using quality products. Therefore, we can assume you that your natural lashes will not be damaged in the application process.

All 365 Lash Spa lashes are made of a sterilized, top-quality synthetic material and are custom manufactured exclusively for our salons using a double-heat roll process to provide the longest-lasting curl available. Our premium silk lashes are tapered slightly at the ends and are thicker through the body, with a dark semi-matte satin finish providing a beautiful full appearance. Our premium mink lashes are our lightest and most vibrant lash extension, tapered approximately 2/3 down from the tip with a beautiful deep black, semi-gloss finish providing a longer-lasting hold and gorgeous soft appearance.

Classic Lash extensions are our signature lash application where the attachment of 1 extension is applied to 1 natural eyelash. The result is an enhanced lash line, yet very natural and realistic in appearance. Volume lash extensions are our premium volume lash application where we apply 2 or more of our lightest lash extensions to 1 natural eyelash. Our volume lashes offer incredible fullness and last longer than our classic lash application while still providing an enhanced natural appearance.

All Stylist levels are trained and certified on 365 Lash Spa proprietary lash application method and our complimentary services. As a Stylist advances in their skill level, they are trained on additional services offered at 365 Lash Spa as well as advanced level application methods. The different levels of Stylist are determined based on a variety of factors. Their skill-set, knowledge-base, application speed, quality, and tenure are a few of the factors that lead to Senior and/or Master level promotions. Master Stylists are our top stylists and are the lead experts in the salon. Not only do they demonstrate a mastery level in lash application, but they also provide training and guidance in all aspects of the salon, from application to customer interactions.

Our eyelash extensions look and feel completely real as each application is customized to your eye shape, natural lash line, and desired look. We offer different curls, thicknesses, and lengths that are indistinguishable in weight to human lashes thereby providing a weightless feel to your lash line. Our experienced, professional lash stylists will choose a variety of extensions to create the most flattering, natural, and beautiful look for you.

The application process is very relaxing, just like receiving a spa service. You will lie back on a plush table and have your eyes closed the entire time. The application is very gentle and can be best described as though someone is gently brushing through your lashes. The service generally takes between 60 to 120 minutes to apply a full set and refills can be done in as little as 30 to 60 minutes. The procedure is so relaxing and comfortable that many clients fall asleep.

It can take up to 8 hours for the eyelash extension adhesive to fully cure the bond between your natural lash and the extensions. Avoid swimming, spas, saunas and tanning on the day of your lash appointment. After the 8 hours, they are able to get wet. While sleeping, lashes can tangle or flip to the side. Brush through your lashes each morning with a clean mascara wand to reshape the extension and keep them fluffed into place. The overall upkeep is very minimal and very easy to manage.

• Remove all eye makeup and clean your natural lashes with an oil-free cleanser.
• If you wear contact lens, we recommend removing them.
• Avoid caffeine and any other stimulants that may cause your eyes to flutter involuntarily.
• Refrain from curling or perming your natural lashes prior to receiving your full set.

Yes. Eyelash extensions are able to be easily removed in our spa by a lash artist using a special gel remover that dissolves the medical-grade adhesive. The painless process takes less than 30 minutes and will not harm your natural lashes. We advise that you do not try and remove the eyelash extensions yourself, as this could cause damage to your natural lashes.
