Service Policy

Cancellations

Kindly provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. By accepting and scheduling an online and/or over-the-phone appoinment, you have given us permission to charge your credit card on file, if you fail to cancel less than 24 hours and/or fail to show up to your scheduled appoinment. It is at the discretion of Guest Services and Management if any fee may be waived due to circumstantial situations.

Please note: You may be charged 50% if you miss your appoinment. You may be charged $25 if you cancel less than 24 hours.

No shows

Clients who fail to show for appointments or cancel with less than 1-hour notice may be asked to pre-pay for future services. First time, no-show clients will be asked to pre-pay for future appointments.

Late arrival policy

In order to maintain on schedule for all our clients, we may shorten your service time if you are late for your appointment. The service price will be charged in full.

Children

Children under 13 years old, who are not receiving a service, must be supervised by an adult, not receiving a service, and remain in waiting area.

Children cannot accompany you to your Spa services unless also receiving a service.

Children under 18 years old are considered a  minor. A parent or guardian must be present in the Spa and must sign a consent form for the minor to receive the service.

Cell phones

We request that you turn your cell phones to vibrate or silient mode and only conduct a conversation in the foyer or outside. Please use headphones if you’re watching videos or listening to music. Only the client receiving a service is allowed in service rooms. Exceptions: clients with disability.

Attention

We reserve the right to refuse any service to anyone at anytime.

For your protection

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage ot personal articles including clothing or accessories.

Refund

All done services are non-refundable.
